Victoria Norling is a Paralegal at Weinstein Senior LLP, bringing seven years of entertainment law experience to the firm. She joined in 2024 from Sloss Eckhouse Dasti Haynes LawCo, where she supported matters across independent and documentary production, and worked alongside writers, directors, and producers. Earlier in her career, she gained broad legal exposure across medical malpractice, personal injury, matrimonial, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation — giving her a versatile foundation that translates well to the complex, multi-disciplinary nature of entertainment transactions.
Before transitioning to law, Victoria served as Chief Administrative Officer and Membership Director for Song Circle, a start-up A&R platform focused on artist development and live events — a background that reflects a long-standing connection to the creative industries.
Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies/Music Business from the State University of New York at Fredonia and is a licensed Notary Public.
