Matt Cuzzocrea

Matt Cuzzocrea is a Senior Associate at Weinstein Senior, LLP. 

With a versatile background spanning multiple facets of the entertainment industry, Matt has cultivated expertise in representing production companies, adeptly navigating deals from both sides of the negotiating table. His experience includes liaising with clients on the financier side, providing invaluable insight into the intricacies of financing agreements and investment structures. Matt also advocates for clients on the opposite end of deals, ensuring their interests are safeguarded with precision and diligence. 

Matt received his Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his JD at Pepperdine, where he served as the Business Editor of The Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law. Matt resides in Studio City, California, with his wife and two French Bulldogs.
