Rebecca Brakeman, Esq. is a Partner at Weinstein Senior LLP, bringing extensive experience in unscripted and documentary programming. With a strong background in navigating every stage of the creative process, from development and deal negotiations to production legal matters, Rebecca provides invaluable legal counsel to production companies and creators alike.

Before joining Weinstein Senior LLP, Rebecca was a partner at McKuin Frankel Whitehead LLP, where she led the unscripted department, focusing on legal and business affairs for established and emerging production companies. Her work spanned the development, sale, and production of unscripted and documentary content across television and digital platforms.

Rebecca’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and a JD, cum laude, from Chapman University School of Law, where she was a member of the Chapman Law Review. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she now resides in Lake Balboa, California, with her husband, Ross, and their daughter, Gemma.
